Instructions:



It may be necessary to book a time for remote support.


If remote control of your computer is required:


  1. You will be given a session ID. Enter it into the box above.
  2. You will be prompted for permission to allow a possibly dangerous plugin (you are allowing it to take control of your computer after all).
  3. You will be asked permission to let the technician control the computer.


For remote support on iPhone, iPad or Android devices, you will be instructed to install one of the following apps on your device:

Help-My-Tech specializes in on-site service, but their are times when that is not possible, practical, or needed. For those cases, we are proud to now offer remote support.


Currently remote support is available for PCs, Macs, iOS devices (iPhone, iPad, iPod) running iOS 11 or higher or capable of Airplay streaming. Your computer will need a working internet connection.

No service call charge. Billed at end of call.


The price is the lower of the standard price for the service requested or:


Half Hour - $50

For all services less than 45 minutes.


Per Hour - $75

To the nearest hour, not counting housekeeping (billing, booking, etc.).
